Trust / Authorized use
Terms of Use
Effective August 24, 2026 · Last updated August 24, 2026
These terms apply when you use the CXStrike website, request a free baseline, or authorize a lead-response monitoring check. By submitting a request, you agree to these terms.
Authorized use only
You may request a check only for a website you own or have explicit permission to manage and test. You represent that your authorization is accurate and sufficient. You may not use CXStrike to test a competitor, impersonate another person, submit deceptive content, create excessive traffic, evade controls, or violate law or third-party rights.
How checks work
CXStrike reviews the proposed scope before testing. An accepted check uses a clearly labeled, low-frequency inquiry through the agreed public path and may observe submission, acknowledgement, and ordinary human response. CXStrike does not bypass CAPTCHA, authentication, rate limits, or other access controls.
Free baseline
The free baseline is a one-time validation offer, subject to scope review and availability. It does not start a subscription, require a card, or guarantee that CXStrike will accept or complete every request. We may decline requests that cannot be safely or lawfully verified.
Paid services
Displayed prices describe the current proposed plans. A paid service begins only after separate checkout or written acceptance. The checkout terms, order, or customer agreement will control plan scope, billing frequency, cancellation, and any service-specific commitments.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact, domain, and authorization information.
- Tell relevant staff that labeled test inquiries may be submitted.
- Save and safeguard the private request-status link displayed after submission; anyone with the complete link may view limited request-status information.
- Avoid including sensitive personal, health, financial, or regulated information in a test path.
- Notify CXStrike promptly if authorization changes or testing must stop.
Evidence and results
Reports describe what CXStrike observed during a particular run. They do not guarantee future website performance, lead delivery, revenue, regulatory compliance, or a particular staff response. Illustrative samples are labeled and are not customer claims.
Intellectual property
CXStrike and its site, report format, software, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights in information you provide. You grant CXStrike the limited right to process that information only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the requested service.
Service availability and disclaimers
The website and free baseline are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, CXStrike disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, CXStrike will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or lost business arising from the website or free baseline. For a paid service, any additional liability terms will appear in the applicable order or customer agreement.
Suspension and termination
We may reject, suspend, or end access when reasonably necessary to protect a site, person, or system; respond to abuse; comply with law; or enforce these terms. You may withdraw a pending request by contacting us.
Changes
We may update these terms. Changes apply prospectively when posted with a new effective date. Separate accepted terms continue to govern an existing paid order unless those terms say otherwise.
